Returns Policy

Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. However, Color Coded Ltd does subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and Color Coded Ltd shall, on a case by case basis, consider doing so. For the purposes of this clause, any Goods which the Buyer wants to return shall be referred to as “Returned Goods”;

The primary role of ColorCoded Ltd is to provide branding to clothing.

In order for us to provide this we offer different types of products which we order into stock once an order is placed.

We hold a limited amount of stock of the products we offer.

If we do not have your chosen product in stock, we will purchase this from our suppliers and delivered to you once we receive this into stock. If their will be branding work to be put on the product then once this is complete we will then get your order out for delivery. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Products that are purchased via Color Coded Ltd (www.colorcoded.co.uk) and are delivered directly to our customers from our suppliers or manufacturers cannot be returned once delivered.

Products that are purchased via Color Coded Ltd (www.colorcoded.co.uk) and are due to be delivered directly to our customers from our suppliers or manufacturers that are on back order can be cancelled as long as we receive a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to goods being shipped.

  • Proof of purchase (relevant invoice, sales order or delivery note number is required).
  • A returns request is submitted to hello@colorcoded.co.uk within 24 hours of goods being delivered with a detailed reason ‘why’ the goods are to be returned, if the garments are faulty we require photographic evidence of the damaged area.
  • A returns authorisation is obtained from Customer Services (hello@colorcoded.co.uk) prior to the return of any goods.
  • Condition of Returns: Items should be in a sellable condition. You're responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely.
  • The Returned Goods must not have been worn (including tried on) and must be returned in their original unopened packaging.
  • Color Coded Ltd retain the right to refuse Returned Goods should Color Coded Ltd deem them to be unsuitable for resale.
  • Care of Goods: You're legally obliged to take reasonable care of items in your possession. Failure to do so may result in compensation claims.

Customised items:- Cannot be returned.

Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds
are not available.

  • Condition of Returns: Items should be in a sellable condition. While original packaging is preferred, it's not mandatory. You're responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely.
  • Color Coded Ltd retain the right to refuse Returned Goods should Color Coded Ltd deem the quality of printed, embroidered or processed goods is within the quality standards set out in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Care of Goods: You're legally obliged to take reasonable care of items in your possession. Failure to do so may result in compensation claims.
  • Goods cannot be returned after more than 28 days from the date of invoice.
  • Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen. If you do receive incorrect or damaged goods then please contact hello@colorcoded.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the goods so that we can quickly resolve any issue for you.
