  • Delivery Address

  • Production Instructions (i.e placements and print colours)

Do you charge a set-up fee for logos?

NO LOGO SET-UP FEES AT COLORCODED!

We don't charge a logo set-up fee at ColorCoded, we believe in delivering exceptional value and transparency to our customers. 

Here is why:-

Is there a set-up fee for DTG – direct to garment printing?

No, for DTG prices please contact us at enquiries@colorcoded.co.uk for a quote.

What happens next?

Once the order has been confirmed and the above is correct along with payment in full it will be passed over to artwork who will be in touch within 48 hours with their visual proof to sign off on for either:

DTG / Vinyl – New artwork to be approved by email or reproofs to be re approved by email to make sure all artwork is correct. ***we must have an email confirming your approval

Embroidery – You will only get digitising to approve if it is new artwork or sizing. If your artwork is as previous this will be passed straight to production for your order to begin.

***we must have an email confirming of your first approval

Once approvals have been made your order will be with you within 14 working days from the point of going into production, unless agreed otherwise and is stated on your invoice. Our working days are Monday-Friday, we do not work weekends or bank holidays.

What’s your turn around time?

At Color Coded Ltd we always try to get any job out as quick as possible. We work on a first come first serve basis, this means our turn around times can be up to 14 working days.

****Please note these are working days not week days and bank holidays will also effect this. 

However, if you need a quick turn around we do offer an express service, please call or email us to make sure we can achieve your delivery date, there will be a charge for this service which will be confirmed prior to the order being placed.

Finally quantities can vary on this, if you have a large quantity we will advise you if this effects anything. 

Do you have an express service?

If your order is required on or before a specific date then please contact us at enquiries@colorcoded.co.uk.

Who do you ship with?

We use DPD for our deliveries.

You will be provided with tracking details so that you can track your delivery directly.

You will also be sent text messages directly from DPD advising you of an accurate delivery day & time, including a message on the delivery day.

To make delivery even slicker, you can reply to the text message should you wish to change the delivery date or have your items left in a safe place.

Do you charge for delivery?

UK Delivery Charges

All Mainland UK orders over £150 (ex VAT) automatically receive free delivery.

If your order is under £150 ex VAT delivery will be charged at £6.95 ( ex VAT)

For UK deliveries outside of the mainland (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland) delivery charges are shown below:

Scottish Highlands & Islands £9.95 (ex VAT)

Channel Islands £14.95 (ex VAT)

Isle of Man £9.95 (ex VAT)

Northern Ireland £12.95 (ex VAT


If you are unsure about any aspect of our delivery service or your order is required urgently, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Additional Information

  • All delivery timescales are estimates but rest assured we will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
  • DPD is our main courier but we may use alternative couriers as and when this may be required.
  • You will be provided with full tracking information and notified of the day and time when delivery will be made.
  • All orders are despatched on a fully insured, express delivery service.
  • All delivery prices are based on a maximum of 10kg - if your consignment does not fit within these parameters we reserve the right to contact you for extra payment.
  • All shipping rates are to cover the cost of shipping and do not include any customs or import duties that be due in the customer's delivery country.

Do you offer discounts for large workwear orders?

If you wish to place a large order or buy workwear in bulk and would like to discuss pricing please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We will be more than happy to work with you and provide the most competitive quote as quickly as possible.

Can you supply any garment?

Within reason yes!

We have a huge selection of garments and brands on our website, however, not all the products we can offer are currently available online.

If you cannot find what you are looking for then please e-mail us at enquiries@colorcoded.co.uk and one of our customer service team will be more than happy to help and assist you to find what you require.

What I have ordered is out of stock?

There may be occasions that our online stock system may not be up to date with stock levels, so there could be occasions where a product is ordered online when it is not physically in stock. If this was to happen, one of our customer relationship managers will be in contact to provide options, this could be waiting for the product to come in to stock from our suppliers to us, so we would put your product on a back order. We could offer you an alternative product, if this works out less than your original product we could refund the difference or have the difference added to your online funds account (members only). Or worse case provide a refund for this product.

I want my embroidery or transfer to match my print?

When trying to match each different application we do try our best to get the closest match, although it is not always possible. Transfers come from a digital printer so the shades will be slightly out, and embroidery works on threads although there’s a lot to chose from we can only try and match as best as possible by eye.
Straight colours are easy enough to match through out but we cannot guarantee a perfect match on shaded colours.

Can I get embroidery and DTG/Vinyl print on the same garment?

Yes, we can do this for you, however please allow slightly longer lead times to complete this. Please note you would not get your embroidery visual on the same as your print visuals, you may find an X to show the position. Also the embroidery may be a slightly different shade to you print but we will match as close as possible.

What format should I supply my artwork in?

You can upload your logo on the product page in either JPG or PNG formats.

If you wish to send it in another format such as WEBP, EPS, TIFF, AI, PDF etc please email it to enquiries@colorcoded.co.uk
Any format is fine, our software is state of the art and we will produce high quality results whatever the format.

We can even take your logo from a simple picture of your van or existing uniform and recreate it to perfection!
We will send you a proof of the design before we begin customising the garments so that you can be confident of how it will look on the finished item.

What size will my logo be?

Standard breast logos will be approximately 8-12cm wide unless you have specific requirements.

Large front & back logos will be approximately 20-25cm wide and the height will be scaled to suit the width.

The actual size of your logo will be shown on the artwork proof that our design team will send to you for approval before we start production.

Please note: You can request a specific size or make any amendments at the proof stage.

Can I return customised items?

Customised Items are non-returnable.

Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not available unless the products are defective. 

If you believe your products are defective, you must contact Color Coded Ltd immediately. 

Returns will not be accepted if products have been used, worn, or washed.  

Do you have minimum or maximum order quantities?

We don't set limits on the quantities or size of orders.

You can order one item or thousands - our customers range from one person companies to large international corporations.

How do I make payment?

If ordering in bulk and you have received a quote from Color Coded then you can pay via a bank transfer.

Once the payment has cleared we will add your order to our production schedule.
